2. General provisions
2.1. The collection, processing and storage of the User's Personal Data is regulated by this Privacy Policy and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
2.2. The seller undertakes to follow the basic principles of personal data processing: personal data is collected for defined and legal purposes; processed accurately and fairly, and no longer than the term provided for in the Privacy Policy.
2.3. In order for the Buyer to successfully complete the order and receive the goods, he must register and create an Account, or purchase without registration, but enter personal data, agreeing to the terms of processing of Personal Data provided by him and the purposes of data collection set out in the Privacy Policy.
2.4. The buyer is not given the opportunity to place an order for goods and make a purchase and/or create a User Account if he does not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy.
2.5. 3. Collection, processing and storage of personal data.
3.1. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, we collect, process and store data for the following purposes:
- process and successfully fulfill the order;
- store purchase history;
- respond to inquiries and comments;
- to evaluate for marketing purposes;
- for the analysis of advertising effectiveness and the opinion and behavior of buyers;
- promote sales.
3.2. When making a purchase without filling out the registration form, but having entered the data required for a successful purchase, the User is considered a Buyer. An account will not be created, but he will have to fill in the appropriate form for successful delivery of the goods (name, surname, e-mail, phone, address).
3.3. In order to create an Account, the User must fill in the registration form with personal information (name, surname, e-mail, phone, address), create and enter his/her own password, which after registration will allow the User to monitor the purchase history, edit and change data.
3.4. After correct data entry and successful registration, an individual Buyer/User Account is created, to which he can log in only after entering the e-mail address entered during registration and the invented password.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes to keep the login data (password) for the Buyer's electronic purchase account and not disclose it to third parties. The buyer is responsible for saving the login data provided to him, as well as for any actions (transfer of data, placed product orders, user comments, etc.) in the store are carried out after logging into the Buyer's electronic purchase account and the consequences arising from such actions.
