Sildalist 120mg N6 (Sildenafil & Tadalafil)

Sildalist contains 100mg of Sildenafil and 20mg of Tadalafil. Both drugs are PDE5 inhibitors, which block the PDE5 enzyme that breaks down a chemical that produces erection called cGMP. Through this action, the blood flow to the penis improves, thus helps men produce a harder erection long enough for sexual activity.

This drug combination will only work with the presence of sexual stimulation. Sexual stimulation must be present to initiate the natural process of erection, the drug will only correct problems and improve erection.

Contraindications

Men allergic to both active ingredients, Sildenafil and Tadalafil, including inactive ingredients of the tablet, must not use Sildalist. Men not allowed to engage in sexual activity due to health concerns must also avoid the use of Sildalist.

Those taking nitrates for heart problems or recreational drugs containing nitrates, and guanylate cyclase stimulators, must not use Sildalist.

Warnings and Precautions

Before using Sildalist, it is important to determine if the medication is safe for use. A patient must inform healthcare professionals if the following medical conditions apply:

• Heart problems or heart rhythm problems
• Heart attack, stroke, of heart failure in the past 6 months
• Abnormal blood pressure
• Liver or kidney disease
• Dehydration
• Penis conditions
• History of priapism
• Stomach ulcer
• Blood cell and bleeding disorder
• Eye problems

Avoid driving, using hazardous machineries or performing unsafe tasks that require alertness or clear vision because the medication can cause side effects that may affect one’s performance.

Sildalist and Alcohol

Drinking alcohol may increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, fainting, and increased heart rate as both Sildalist and alcohol lowers blood pressure. Combination is not recommended.

Sildalist and Grapefruit

Consuming grapefruit and grapefruit juice must be avoided as it may increase blood level of Sildalist hence increasing the risk of side effects.
